God Bless Grandparents!!!

Every Friday night, Ally packs up her things and leaves us for the weekend so Frank and I can spend some time together! And it wasn't our idea.

That's why I will forever be grateful for parents that are close...and loves Ally unconditionally!  :)

Ally's got a double ear infection!

Ally's usually a happy baby. She wakes up happy. Eats happy. She's even happy when it's time for a nap.

So when my precious little Princess wakes up with a runny nose, unhappy and a 102.5 fever...something's wrong!

I took her to her Dr today (she is so awesome!) and found out that she has a double ear infection. :( Time to take my sweetheart home, give her some meds and love her up.

Feel better, Ally. We love you!

Saving up for a rainy day

Well...us crazy Flores' have never really been the best at saving. So we figured that this year we can put away some money in case of an emergency.

So I asked myself: "How am I suppose to save up some money with 1.33 income...and a child???"

That's when I found this on Pinterest and started our savings! Let's see how this goes!

Ally is 10 months old!

Our little Princess is 10 months old! Where did the time go? Where is the little girl that we brought home, looked at each other and asked, "Okay, what now?"

We are now officially on the countdown to her first birthday.

New Year-New Blog!

So...I decided to start a new blog. There's so much to catch up on!

I guess we can start at the beginning.

Frank and I met and got married in the US Navy in 2001. We Honorably discharged in 2004 and moved to Georgia. For years, Frank and I were unable to have children because I was diagnosed with PCOS (I'll discuss later). Then our Heavenly Father blessed us with our little angel on the 18th of March 2012. Her name is Allyson. She's such a wonderful addition to our family and we love her so dearly. We also have a cat named Mommi (our 1st child) and a beagle named Lilli.

Professions:
Frank: He's a Lead Installer for a company based in Atlanta. He's responsible for how you access the internet. He loves what he does and that's all that matter's...right???

Karen: I'm a stay at home mom/part-time nanny/part time student majoring in Nursing. I'm responsible in keeping Allyson happy, clean, safe and fed! :)

Allyson: She's...well Allyson. She's responsible for being happy and cute! She gets paid in hugs and kisses and she LOVES her job.

Our Hobbies:
Frank: He does photography. His work's pretty good...when he has the time.

Karen: I like trying new recipes, sewing (when I have the time), loving on my baby girl and now exercising. I try and make my day as busy as possible.

Allyson: Being cute and play. :)
